7. Delivery Timeline: – For local or in-city orders, expect delivery within 2 to 3 working days. For orders within Himachal Pradesh, your ShimlaRed products will reach you within 4 to 5 working days. For orders from outside Himachal Pradesh, delivery time will be within 7 to 10 working days. For our international customers, delivery timelines adhere to the schedules prescribed by our trusted courier partners, ensuring timely arrival of your ShimlaRed products.

8. ShimlaRed Return/ Refund Policy: – Return/replacement/refund of products is eligible only in case of manufacturing defects. If there are any manufacturing defects or mishandling by courier partner, customers can reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery. We request customers to share photographs of the defected/damaged products for investigation purposes. 

9. Order Cancellation and Return Policy: – Cancellations are subjective to status of dispatch. Cancellation accepted within 6 hours of placing your order.  However, we suggest to contact our customer support team to initiate the cancellation process. 

10. Disclaimer of Liability: – ShimlaRed shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on our website.
