Experience: Minimum 10 years in core food manufacturing industry
Product Experience:
- Must have strong hands-on experience in RTE/RTC Ketchup & Sauces related food products
- Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, quality, food safety and team management
Location: Shoghi, Himachal Pradesh
Experience: 5+ years in the Food Industry (RTE/RTC preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving sales growth in domestic and/or international markets
- Developing and executing sales strategies
- Managing key accounts and building strong client relationships
- Identifying new business opportunities and market expansion
- Coordinating with internal teams for smooth order execution
- Achieving sales targets and revenue goals
Location: Shimla, Noida
Experience: Minimum 10 years in core food manufacturing / FMCG industry
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with RTD/RTC food processing and packaging plant machinery
- Good technical knowledge of production lines, filling & packing machines, conveyors, pumps, motors, compressors, boilers/utilities and other food-processing equipment
- Experience in breakdown maintenance, preventive & predictive maintenance and Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach with Ability to identify root causes and minimize machine downtime
- Experience in maintenance planning, spare parts management and equipment reliability
