From global recognition on the international platform at Anuga 2025 to festive celebrations back home, October brought us flavourful achievements and a sense of unity, accompanied by festive celebrations.
Taking Indian Taste to the World at Anuga 2025
At Anuga 2025 (from October 4th to 8th), the ShimlaRed team presented our authentic Indian Ready-to-Eat (RTE) and Ready-to-Cook (RTC) range to the global exhibitors and visitors. Being one of the world’s highly prestigious F&B (food and beverage) trade exhibitions, Anuga provided us a remarkable opportunity to connect with global distributors, partners, and food professionals.
At the international food fair, we introduced visitors to our flavourful range of authentic RTC Indian gravies and RTE Indian curries, rice varieties, and more. We received quite an overwhelming response towards our authentic Indian cuisine with innovative RTE & RTC convenience. Everyone acknowledged our RTE and RTC food innovation as a perfect solution for modern-day busy individuals. It was really gratifying to observe our Indian flavours resonating well across cultures, earning admiration for their consistency, quality, and authentic taste.
Spreading Festive Cheer and Gratitude at ShimlaRed
Soon after returning from the successful Anuga food fair, we received a warm welcome at our Shimla office that was filled with Diwali celebration cheer. Our senior management also arranged a thoughtful gift distribution for all our us, spreading gratitude and smiles among all team members. The celebration reflected the warmth and unity, demonstrating our values of appreciation and togetherness.
