ShimlaRed’s First Anuga Food Fair 2023

With great enthusiasm, we participated in our very first Anuga Food Fair 2023 in Cologne, Germany. Our culinary experts presented our range of tomato-based products to the visitors and fellow participants. Meanwhile, we exhibited our commitment to creativity and flavour. We got a wonderful chance to interact with renowned culinary experts and appreciated their feedback on our premium products. Our presence at this prestigious event was a significant turning point for us. It helped us pave the way to incredible business opportunities and new learnings.

Unleashing Symphony of Flavours with Ready-to-Cook Simmer Sauces and Dips

In the beginning of November, we proudly unveiled our new range of Ready-to-Cook Simmer Sauces along with delectable Dips and sauces. Redefining taste and convenience, our RTC products – including Butter Chicken Gravy, Rogan Josh Sauce, Bhuna Masala Gravy, Red Gravy, Yellow Gravy, and White Sauce – aim to provide authentic Indian flavours with a minimal cooking effort to our customers worldwide. Besides these sizzling base gravies, we also launched world-class dips and sauces, such as Pizza and pasta Sauce and Schezwan sauce.

Diwali Bash: Illuminating Hearts Across Teams

ShimlaRed lit up the houses and hearts of its South Team, Noida Team, and Shimla Team as the holiday season drew near. With an exciting Diwali Bash, we strengthened the ties that bind ShimlaRed’s close-knit family together. It was a memorable time of the year for all our team members as shared the festive joy, celebrating our accomplishments and unity.

HORECA Event at ShimlaRed Premises 

Our commitment to fine dining went beyond the festive celebrations with our successful HORECA event. We organized this special event for esteemed hotel chefs, renowned hoteliers, and other FMB specialists at our premises. We provided our guests with a thorough overview of our business and premium products during the event. Furthermore, our guests toured our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant, followed by a tasting session. During the tasting session, the industry experts shared their insightful feedback with us.

SIAL India 2023

On December 7 and 8, our sales and marketing experts visited SIAL India 2023 to connect with some of the proactive participants in the culinary scene. Our specialists actively engaged in networking with some of the prominent figures in the industry. Aside from that, our flagship goods were showcased at APEDA, demonstrating our unwavering dedication to delivering excellence to the customers.

Joy for Christmas

After attending the significant SIAL India, we indulged in a wonderful Christmas celebration, spreading festive cheer around us. On New Year’s Eve, our team had a delicious lunch together while sharing wonderful memories and bidding adieu to 2023.

The event was made even more special by our esteemed MD, Mr. Harish Gupta, who graced the occasion with his insightful reflections on the previous year and his aspiring plans.
