Ingredients You Need:
250g of pasta (penne, fusilli, or your preferred choice)
Olive oil (as per your preference)
1 cup of ShimlaRed Tomato Puree
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
1 finely chopped onion
1 bell pepper, diced
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Red chili flakes (as per taste)
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Cook the pasta as per the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onions become translucent.
Add the diced bell pepper to the pan and cook for a few minutes until they soften.
